Here I am in Penang, doing a field visit with my distributor in the Northern region. So I flew in yesterday via MAS with great expectations to come.
I stood there a good few minutes for my luggage. To my horror, my bag was utterly destroyed. I nearly blew my top!
It’s a shame that KLIA personnel are not cautious in handling baggages. Look what they have done to mine. Perhaps they no longer have pride in serving their customers.
I was supposed to enjoy my work in Penang yesterday but I wasted one blardy hour to file in a report at the airport. A damaged baggage in the early morning ruined my mood yesterday!
Nevertheless, after putting pen to paper, reporting the damages incurred, I was compensated with a new bag!
