Recently on the eve of New Year’s eve, I have visited the Chilling River which is located at Kuala Kubu Baru.
If you are planning to drive, it takes about an hour or so to reach there.
The water is surprisingly clean and yes, it’s really chilly. No wonder it’s called Chilling River.
Rocks and boulders are aplenty in this river. Do be extra careful as there are some slippery ones too. You need to be extra bold like the guy in red.
It felt refreshing and rejuvenating to be surrounded by nature once in a while; unlike the hustle and bustle of the metropolis where I will be choked with either heavy traffic or air pollution from the exhaust pipes of the millions of vehicles on the road.
Nature is definitely a therapy for my soul.
Well, the therapy ended briefly for me when I have a mischievous sibling that kept splashing at me.
And of course, the other option is to keep splashing at each other.
Now, Gerald, isn’t it great to splash each other especially at my mom?
Happy Splashing if you’re visiting any river or waterfalls!!
