Cooking doesn’t really bother me much anymore. I can do a little more stir-frying with some garlic and curry sauce. Wheeee!!
With that, I have surprised my hubby with a dish of stir-fried okra and chicken curry last Sunday.
Okra is one of my favourite vegetables. I love eating them sliced up with minced pork or turkey. This time I made it with ground turkey as you know pork is quite fattening. I also added some belacan (shrimp chilli paste) granules to spice up the dish.
I did not cook the traditional chicken curry with potatoes alone, I added some tofu puffs because I love eating tofu puffs. They go really well with curry.
Oh well, this is only cooked for 2 adults and 1 in the “oven”. In fact, it’s a little too much but the leftovers can tail my hubby to work.
