I have always enjoyed devouring Italian among so many cuisines. Perhaps it’s the pasta sauce that I am addicted to
(in addition of the tabasco sauce).
This week, I have prepared Italian food thrice. Wait, it’s only Thursday today, and I had my third homemade Italian food of the week.
Spaghetti Bolognese is an all-time chart topper for my cooking history and I had that on Tuesday. I like to use ground turkey instead of ground beef for health purposes. Furthermore, I usually add sliced beef franks and diced tomatoes for more variety in the dish.
Then, I had Chicken Caesar Salad for lunch yesterday and today. All I need is romaine lettuce, caesar dressing, croutons, parmesan cheese and chicken strips to make a decent caesar salad. It is a super healthy choice for me since I need a lot of good nutrition for AnnaKate.
And tonight, I made Chicken Parmigiana. It was definitely easy to make with simple steps such as coating the chicken breast with a beaten egg and bread crumbs before baking it at 350 deg F for 45 minutes. And then, spread pasta sauce on top of the chicken and bake another 10 minutes. Voila! You will enjoy a decent chicken parmigiana at home after dashing some parmesan cheese on it. 🙂
Yummy yummy! Maybe I will make some Lasagne tomorrow. Hahaha.
Oh well, AnnaKate loves Italian food because she has a daddy and mommy who enjoy them exquisitely! 🙂
