My cravings have been on a roller coaster journey lately. One minute I would love Italian, the other minute I would love to have authentic Malaysian, and the very next minute I would taste some tiramisu on my tastebuds. It’s a wild, wild, west for my diet.
On Tuesday evening, I decided to make my own mixed grill with lamb chop as the main part of the dish. I marinated the lamb chop with Rosemary leaves, salt, black pepper, thyme leaves and onion powder for about 2 hours before I grill-fried them in the non-stick pan.
Isn’t the it mouthwatering to stare at this picture? I also added some Crispy crowns, a beef frank, some crispy bacon and healthy salad to go with my lamb.
Oh well, let’s see what I am craving for tonight.
