Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
I am sure you and I have so much to be thankful for.
As for my very self, here are the top 10 things I am utterly thankful to the Lord for:
1. My Husband
There isn’t any day I would not want to be with my other half. He shares the whole world with me and there is nothing irreplaceable about that.
2. My Children
Having Annakate was such a beautiful (and challenging) journey and then Asher comes along, it is no wonder babies are known as bundles of joy.
3. My Parents
Without my parents, there won’t be any Grace. I am extremely grateful to all that my parents (especially my mom) who have sacrificed so much for the family.
4. My Extended Family
Family is the cornerstone of society. Without the family support, I am pretty sure I will not be able to stand strong where I am today. Be it in-laws, or cousins, or grand aunts, having family support is one of the optimum things in life.
5. My Awesome Friends
I am so blessed to be surrounded by friends who I can rely on. Friends who walk with me, friends who laugh with me, friends who cry with me, and friends who constantly shine on me (like stars), I am so grateful for each and everyone of you.
6. My Church
I thank the Lord for my church for I am walking a stronger faith (and because I am surrounded by like-minded people). I thank the church for constantly challenging us to dig deeper and go further for the Lord’s kingdom.
7. Roof Over My Head
I am sure you and I can agree on this one. I am not just grateful to have a home but I have roof over my head in the midst of storm and drought.
8. Food On The Table
God is great, God is good.
Let us thank Him for our food.
By His hands, we’re all fed.
Thank you Lord for our daily bread.
That’s the prayer we have been praying with Annakate (at the mealtime) for the past year.
9. My iPhone
I am so thankful for my iPhone. Without my iPhone, I won’t be able to connect with all my friends and family in Asia.
10. High Speed Internet
And of course lastly, without a strong high speed internet, I won’t be able to use my iPhone at all.
So, what are your top 10 things that you are grateful for?
And before I end, I guess I just have to remind myself to always give thanks with a grateful heart.
Cheers and Happy Thanksgiving!
